Dr. Chloe Mitchell

Chloe Mitchell completed her PhD at the University of Toronto in 2022 under the supervisor of Dr. Charles Deber. She worked on peptides targeted toward multidrug resistant bacteria. She joined Gyros Protein Technologies after graduation as a field application scientist and is now helping the peptide community to reach their maximum efficiency with PurePep solutions.

Dr. Luisa Aguiar

Dr. Luísa Aguiar completed her bachelor and master degree, both in chemistry, at the Faculty of Sciences of the University of Porto. She then pursued her Doctoral Thesis devoted to the synthesis and evaluation of novel peptide-drug conjugates with potential interest against neglected tropical diseases, which was concluded in 2019. Luísa joined Gyros Protein Technologies in 2021 as Field Application Specialist.

Agenda

Are you new to peptide synthesis and looking to optimize your protocols for better yields? Join our Field Application Scientists, Chloe Mitchell and Luisa Aguiar, for a crash course designed for scientists entering the world of automated peptide synthesis.

Learn how to:

  • Optimize protocols for higher yields and purity
  • Identify and troubleshoot problematic aspartimide side reactions
  • Effectively apply induction heating
  • Navigate synthesis software with confidence

Watch live as Chloe and Luisa go over examples to demonstrate protocol optimization and share strategies for success. Whether you're just starting out or looking to enhance your current workflow, join in to gain actionable insights to improve your automated peptide synthesis.
